Most Popular Posts of 2011

Here is a list of the most popular posts of 2011 from Eat in OC.

Everyone wants to know about the 2011 Orange International Street Fair. Funny anecdote my yearly post about the Orange International Street Fair typically gets the most traffic every year on this site.

Truth is everyone loves hot dogs, but when a restaurant doesn’t have an official website and you are the first to review it your review becomes popular, case in point my review of Game Day Fire Grilled Hot Dogs in Orange.

Chapter One: the modern local in Santa Ana opened to fan fare but I haven’t really heard much from them since then, we’ve been there twice since the opening and have enjoyed both meals.

Anyone that knows me personally knows that our favorite breakfast spot is the Filling Station in Orange, so when they opened for dinner that was a big deal. We went there again last week with my parents the food is safe and doesn’t test any boundaries, but they cook it well. Service is still a bit slow. I’m planning on printing a copy of the picture I took of the restaurant at night an giving it to the owners.

Every since I started working in Orange and eventually moved here I’ve been going to Omega Drive-In for for Breakfast Burritos a lot of other people are interested in their food as well.

Let’s face it the Lime Truck is popular for not only winning the 2nd Great Food Truck Race but also because their food is amazing. I really need to try them more and see what other amazing flavors they have to offer.

Lastly who doesn’t love a great sandwich. Roscoe’s Famous Deli in Downtown Fullerton served up one of my favorite Pastrami Rubens of the year.
