I just got word from the folks working on opening the Ruby’s Diner at the Orange Depot near Old Towne Orange that they are planning on opening April 19th if the rest of their preparation goes well. It’s been a long project for them that has taken almost 2 years to fruition but it appears to nearly be ready to pay off. I will post some pictures I’ve taken on the building and it’s progress later but for now have a look at some of the pictures they have shared.
