I realize yesterday I declared a moratorium on Fast Food for the next 40+ days, but that isn’t going to stop me from mentioning the website Greenopia, and their list of the Eco-Friendly Green Fast Food Restaurants. Number one on the list is EVOS a 12 unit burger joint, whose closest and only California location is in San Luis Obispo. Le Pain Quotidien, Pizza Fusion, Burgerville, and Chipotle round out the top five. Chipotle has a number of Orange County Locations, while Le Pain Quotidien has locations in Los Angeles, and Pizza Fusion has three locations around Southern California. Other fast food on the top of the list that can be found in Orange County are; Peets, Starbucks, McDonalds, Panera Bread, and Sharky’s, Subway, and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
Greenopia has lists for many business sectors including breweries, which lists New Belgium Brewing Company as the greenest of them all.
