Check out these awesome Tacos Darados I had from Fresh Grill Tacos in Santa Ana last week. One Al Pastor and One Pollo, in freshly make taco shells, topped with creama, lettuce, pico del gallo, guacamole, and just a pinch of cheese. I’m coming back for more as soon as I can, since these things were great. They have some interesting hot sauce, because of the creamy consistency of them, does anyone know how/why they are like that? The verde was very HOT.
