So after work today I went and picked up some Corned Beef and sausages from Mattern Sausage<\/a> in Orange (more on the sausage next week). \u00a0This enabled us to has delicious corned beef<\/a> sandwiches for dinner! \u00a0Check out this masterpiece I made!<\/p>\n

Mattern Sausage Corned Beef ($6.99 a pound)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Triple decker corned beef sandwich, Frank’s\u00a0sauerkraut, with swiss cheese and on German-style rye bread<\/a> from Fresh& Easy<\/a>. \u00a0So I made myself an awesome corned beef reuben, I even mixed up the sauce my self, some thousand island dressing<\/a> mixed with dijon mustard. \u00a0The corned beef was pretty good, not the best I’ve had but it’s very lean and had a good flavor that didn’t overpower. \u00a0Mattern Sausage has a great variety of German and other European sausages and meats, along with traditional German market items and beer. \u00a0I highly suggest their English Style Bangers, they are excellent!<\/p>\n

What is your favorite sandwich to make at home or order when you go out?<\/p>\n
