For those of your familiar with The Bruery in Placentia, they announced some big news today via their newsletter.\u00a0 Coming soon to Old Towne Orange is The Bruery Provisions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Here is a copy of the email I just got from their newsletter.<\/p>\n

Dear Bruery<\/span> fans,<\/p>\n

We tricked you with our April newsletter when we announced the opening of The Bruery<\/span> Bier Caf\u00e9.\u00a0 Let\u2019s consider that an April fools joke.\u00a0 For a variety of reasons, that concept simply didn\u2019t work out for us and we\u2019re sorry to those who were excited for it.<\/p>\n

But, we\u2019ve got something coming (for real this time) that we think is just as awesome, if not even awesome-er.\u00a0 So without further meandering, we present to you:<\/p>\n

The Bruery<\/span> Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

This summer, The Bruery<\/span> plans on opening The Bruery<\/span> Provisions<\/em>, a boutique bottle shop in Old Town Orange that specializes in craft beer as well as artisan wines, cheeses and charcuterie.\u00a0 The Bruery<\/span> Provisions<\/em> hopes to provide the ideal destination for anyone looking to learn about and purchase an assortment of specialty beers from across the United States and beyond.\u00a0 Not only will patrons be presented with a great selection of beers and cheeses to take home, there will also be a small tasting bar where beer and wine flights will change sporadically from week to week.\u00a0 Certified Cicerones (read: beer sommeliers) will staff the store and lead customers on detailed samplings, helping them understand what flavors they sense and what beers they might enjoy taking home to share.\u00a0 As Cicerones, the staff members are experts on pairing beers with food and cheese, so you can be sure to bring the perfect bottle to your dinner party along with a bit of insight.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I’m assuming that the location of the new Bruery Provisions will be the previous site of Frog’s Breath at 143 North Glassell Street, Orange, CA.\u00a0 I’m really looking forward to checking the store out once it opens, it should be a great fit for the Orange Plaza area!<\/p>\n
