Taco Mesa serves some of the best food you are going to find in all of Orange County. They serve “healthy” Mexican food that borders on Tex-Mex but is pretty authentic. So far I have yet to try something that I haven’t liked. Try the Blackened Chicken Burrito and get a side of vegetarian rice, you will not be disappointed. They have a couple daily specials that you can’t get all the time. All the food is fresh and made to order. They also have a fresh salsa bar and can make fresh guacamole to order.<\/p>\n
Don’t expect a typical “sit down” restaurant feel, think more like a Rubios\/Baja Fresh.<\/p>\n
The employees are very nice and have never had any problems with special requests.<\/p>\n
Update 12\/2006 – We love going here at least once a month. So much good food. I recommend getting the blackened chicken tacos, but you can’t go wrong with anything here!<\/p>\n
