($15.00).\u00a0 The ribs were just a bit dry, but still had good flavor.\u00a0 They weren&#8217;t  as good as the ones I had a Roy&#8217;s the previous week.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2533\" I&#8217;m looking for, this was more of the same.\u00a0 Very little cheese flavor, maybe it&#8217;s because of my upbringing on Kraft Macaroni and Cheese?<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2532\" id=\"caption-attachment-2534\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dogo&#039;s Sonoran Style Hot Dogs, The Dogo Dog ($4.75)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dogo&#8217;s Hot Dogs and Beer has a couple of locations in the Desert Cities area, I&#8217;m unsure why they tout their beer since it&#8217;s basically the usual stuff, there is nothing out of the ordinary in their beer selections.\u00a0 Their dogs however are pretty good.\u00a0 They use Hebrew National franks along with Sonoran Style buns to make top-heavy dogs, like the Dogo Dog pictured above topped with bacon, pinto beans, onions, cabbage, tomatoes, mayo, avocado (that looks more like guacamole) and topped with jalape\u00f1o sauce.\u00a0 Good flavor, but there is just so much on top of it, I had a hard time eating it with my hands.<\/p>\n<figure dog with a fork and knife.\u00a0 Tasted about like a chili cheese dog would if you made it at home with a basic chili.\u00a0 I would have liked something without beans and a little thicker.\u00a0 All in all it was a good meal and somewhere worth checking out if you want a hot dog out of the ordinary, but the prices are a bit steep to what I&#8217;m used to paying for hot dogs.\u00a0 I guess I should say something about their Sonora style bun, it seems a bit dry for a hot dog, I tend to be a fan of a soft steamed bun.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dogosshop.com\">Dogo&#8217;s Hot Dogs and Firehouse Grill&#8217;s, Fire Chief Burger, it&#8217;s topped with some of my favorite things, pastrami, 1000 island dressing, cheese.\u00a0 But the patty just made this a ho-hum burger.\u00a0 It&#8217;s just the typical preformed 1\/2 lb. patty you can get at Costco.\u00a0 What this burger needed was a fresh hand formed patty, especially for the price.\u00a0 The fries were of the beer battered variety and pretty good, but for what I paid I just expected better quality beef.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rocsfirehouse.com\">Roc&#8217;s Firehouse Grill<\/a><br \/>\n36891 Cook
