If you have followed Eat in OC for any length of time you probably have noticed that we love our hamburgers. So with this review of B & C Burgers in Placentia we start another new feature on Eat in OC, the OC Burger Brigade! What is not to love about a hamburger, ground beef surrounded by toppings and a bun, it really is an American classic. B & C Burgers has been flipping burgers for a while and has come to be known as one of the best places to get a burger in Placentia (4 Stars on Yelp<\/a>). \u00a0This was my first visit to B & C.<\/p>\n

B & C serves up your typical short order cook, burger. \u00a0The spread did have an interesting radioactive orange color too it, it was a bit stronger than your run of the mill bland spread that is usually a diluted mayo\/ketchup blend.<\/p>\n

I would have liked to have had the bun only toasted on the inside instead of being toasted on both sides, I ordered my burger with cheese and grilled onions, but as you can tell a rogue raw onion made it to my plate as well. \u00a0French fries were served with seasoning salt on them.<\/p>\n
