I just got word from the folks working on opening the Ruby’s Diner at the Orange Depot near Old Towne Orange that they are planning on opening April 19th if the rest of their\u00a0preparation\u00a0goes well. \u00a0It’s been a long project for them that has taken almost 2 years to\u00a0fruition\u00a0but it appears to nearly be ready to pay off. \u00a0For updates on the progress check out their Facebook page at Ruby’s Diner Orange Depot<\/a>. \u00a0I will post some pictures I’ve taken on the building and it’s progress later but for now have a look at some of the pictures they have shared.<\/p>\n
